- State criminal history: use the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division and its FAST fingerprint review when an identity-linked personal record is required.
- Police incident reports: contact the agency that wrote the report. Dallas, Irving, Garland, a constable, DPS, DART Police, and campus departments keep their own records.
